Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Yes — our upgraded showroom at 9236 Broadview Road, Broadview Heights, OH 44147 has hundreds of samples. We’re open Tuesday to Friday, 9 am – 4 pm, with Saturday and Monday visits by appointment.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Custom embroidery, screen printing, heat press transfers (including names and numbers) and promotional products — plus contract decorating programs.
Which apparel brands can I choose from?
Nike, The North Face, Ogio, Under Armour, Charles River, Port Authority, Callaway, Adidas, Bella+Canvas, Gildan and 50+ more. See our brands page.
How do I get a quote?
Send us the inquiry form, call (440) 736-7468 or message us on WhatsApp with your logo, garments, quantity and deadline.
Do you have order minimums?
Minimums depend on the decoration method and garment. Embroidery and heat press can work well for small quantities; screen printing is most cost-effective on larger runs. Ask us for details on your project.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround depends on quantity, method and garment availability. Share your deadline in the quote form and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
What artwork file should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are ideal, but high-resolution PNG or JPG files work too. We’ll prepare your logo for embroidery or printing.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes — contract work is welcome. See our contract decorating page or call us to discuss your items.
Do you decorate safety and restaurant apparel?
Yes. We carry and decorate hi-vis safety apparel, restaurant apparel, corporate wear and much more.
Where are you located?
Our showroom is at 9236 Broadview Road, Broadview Heights, OH 44147, serving Cleveland, Brecksville, North Royalton, Parma, Independence and all of Northeast Ohio.
When are you open?
Tuesday to Friday, 9 am – 4 pm. Saturday and Monday visits are available by appointment; we’re closed on Sunday.
